A highly enriching Art Integration Workshop was conducted in our school on 29th May 2025 under the guidance of CBSE-appointed resource persons Ms Sanjana Mittal and Ms Nikita Yadav. The workshop aimed to familiarize educators with the concept and practice of art integration as recommended by the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. It emphasized the need to use various forms of art as a tool for teaching across subjects, making learning more creative, experiential, and engaging.

The session was attended by the faculty members, who participated enthusiastically in a range of interactive and hands-on activities. The resource persons showcased how music, drama, visual arts, and dance can be seamlessly integrated with subjects like Science, Mathematics, Languages, and Social Studies to enhance conceptual understanding.

Teachers were encouraged to step beyond traditional teaching methods and to adopt an interdisciplinary approach that nurtures critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity among students. The workshop also focused on developing lesson plans that align with art-integrated learning outcomes. The day was both informative and inspiring, leaving the participants with practical tools and a renewed perspective on teaching.
