Table Tennis League Tournament 2019

Our students participated in the Masters Table Tennis League Tournament 2019 held on 29th December 2019 at The Maurya Girls School, Sector 41, Gurugram and brought plaudits to our school. Around 15 schools participated in this tournament and our talented students presented a wonderful performance. Avishi Manglik (V E) secured the 2nd Position, whereas, Rashi Garg (VI F) and Lavanya Pathania (VI G) secured the 3rd Position. Kudos to our young table tennis champions!

Mount Olympus School Sports League

In Archery, Kanishka Yadav (VII B) bagged the Gold Medal; Bhavya Rana (VII A) and Bhoomi Garg (VII A) won the Silver Medal whereas, Josh (IV D), Mahi (VII C), Garima (VIII A) bagged the Bronze Medal.

The U-15 boys football team including Naman (VI B), Hardik Yadav (VI E), Jyotirmay (VII C), Vansh (VII D), B T Sri. Charan (VII D), Jahnav (VII D), Amit Yadav (VIII A), Naman Aswal (VIII B) and Swetab (VIII D) proud laurels to the school by securing the 3rd Position.

In Gymnastics, the team including Sabhya Khanna (III B), Vikesh Khatri (III B), Vaibhav (III H), Nimish Kaul (IV C) and Karan Raghav (IV F) made the school proud by securing the 3rd Position. In addition, Karan Raghav also bagged the individual 2nd Position.

Hula Hoop Race Activity (Class II)

A Hula Hoop Race was organised for the students of Class II on 2nd March 2020. The children were divided into several groups according to their sections. It was fun to watch them step into the Hula Hoop and race down the track with their arms stretched to the sides. Adding to the challenge, the students had to also balance a bean bag on their head. The students showed a wonderful sportsmanship and it was indeed a great experience for them!

Ad-Mad Show Activity (Class II)

An interesting ‘Ad-Mad Show’ activity was organized for the students of Grade II on 24th February 2020. The students were divided into groups and were asked to present an advertisement on a given topic. The excitement level of the children reached sky high while preparing for the activity. Each group presented their ad with gusto. The live performance had an excellent amalgamation of humour along with commercial and social messages. It was indeed a delight to watch their exhilarating performance!
